Compliance notes
ComplyBinder is designed as a recordkeeping aid. It does not decide
whether a customer is covered by a particular law or regulation, and it
does not guarantee compliance.
Regulations, agency guidance, state requirements, and individual
operating conditions can change. Customers remain responsible for
determining which requirements apply to their businesses and for
reviewing their records with qualified professionals when necessary.
01
Fleet
49 CFR Part 396 includes inspection, repair, maintenance, driver
vehicle inspection report, corrective-action, electronic-reporting,
and retention concepts.
FleetBinder maps these concepts into vehicle profiles, inspection
records, maintenance records, corrective actions, document
expirations, and report exports.
02
Safety
OSHA recordkeeping includes recording, reporting, electronic
submission, and OSHA 300, 300A, and 301-style concepts for covered
employers.
SafetyBinder is structured around incidents, near misses, training
logs, corrective actions, supporting documents, and review history.
03
Hazard communication
Safety data sheets must be accessible to employees during their work
shifts when applicable.
ComplyBinder records can organize chemicals, manufacturers, storage
locations, identified hazards, SDS dates, documents, and employee
access reviews.
04
Hazardous waste
EPA generator requirements vary according to generator category,
waste stream, location, and state-specific rules.
WasteBinder begins with accumulation-area inspections, container
records, pickups, manifests, supporting documents, and
state-confirmation notes.
Important distinction
The software stores evidence. The customer determines applicability.
ComplyBinder provides a structured place to maintain records,
reminders, documents, and corrective actions. It is not a substitute
for legal, regulatory, or professional advice.

Early-access notice
ComplyBinder is currently under active design and development. We will
make every reasonable effort to protect user data during this period,
but early-access users should understand that changes, bugs, or data
issues may occur. Users should regularly export and back up their own
records.
